Hi my name is Ryan Lee and my website is RyanLee.com and this is an Exclusive video for SpendLessTV.com.

Now I coach a lot of businesses on making more money and marketing and driving up their revenue, and what I want to do is give you one of the best ways to get more business without spending a lot of money.

And this is something that a lot of businesses make this mistake, and I don't care what business it is, I don't care if you have a dry-cleaning shop, if you're an accountant, you're an attorney, if you own an ice cream store - whatever it is - the thing most people focus on, most business focus on, is getting more clients. They're always like, "I want to get more clients. I want to spend more money. I want to get ads in the newspaper. I want to do Yellow Page ads and flyers!" They're always trying to get new clients.

But where the big money is, and it doesn't cost a lot of money to do, is getting your current customers re-activated, and increasing the amount of sales!

So, here's an example: Let's say, my first example, you own a dry-cleaning store. And instead of always trying to get new people, and new people in, think about the current customers you have. You should be building a list at the store. You should have some kind of email list. Give them a coupon, say: Hey, don't forget to give me your email address, I'm going to send you a coupon for one free shirt, or 10-percent off the next item. Whatever it is, the kind of coupon that's going to really incentivise them to give you their email address.

Now, when you get their email address, you can follow-up for free. And you can keep them updated: Hey, don't forget we're doing a sale every Tuesday (maybe Tuesday's your slow day) Every Tuesday you come in and you get 20-percent off all your dry-cleaning. Or: Come in next week, we're doing a special thing where we give 10-percent to your favorite charity. . . some kind of sale or promotion.

You want to keep people activated and again, the money is developing that client relationship and going back and getting those people to come back more frequently and buy more.

So, that's my tip-of-the-day here for Spend Less TV: Find your current clients, build that list, build that email list, and continue to stay in touch with them over and over again. And once a month is not enough. If it's an off-line store I would suggest, what I do with my list (I do a lot of online stuff) I email them just about every single day. It's obviously stuff that's important, relevant, training videos, but I'm always in their mind. Whenever they think of "Internet marketing" my names comes to mind.

Whatever business you're in, your clients should think of you first, wether it's dry-cleaning, ice cream, account, lawyer or you know, candlestick maker, whatever it is you do, you should always be in front of your current clients.
